Result Codes
Use the Latitude Maintenance window to search for or delete result codes. Use the Result Code Properties dialog box to add or modify result codes. Result codes are up to five-character codes used to classify events. You attach result codes to notes to classify your work on an account. Latitude releases with several standard result codes; however, your agency can customize this list. Use result codes to count the number of accounts worked and contacted by each collector.
Note: Certain Latitude system processes require specific result codes. See the standard result code list in the Work Form section for system-dependent codes.
