Select CIC Optional Components

Select any optional CIC Server components you wish to configure.

• Switchover Service (Add-on license required)

• Multi-Site (Add-on license required)

• TFTP Server (Required for Interaction SIP Station phones)

• Director Monitored Server (For CIC sites implementing Interaction Director)

Note: If you are re-running Setup Assistant to configure an additional CIC Server component, you cannot disable previously selected components. If you wish to disable a component, contact Support.
