Disconnect Button

Requirements: The "Disconnect" Interaction Command Right determines if the Disconnect button can appear on a toolbar. It also controls whether the Disconnect command appears on a shortcut menu or is available via a keyboard shortcut. The Disconnect Interactions Security right enables you to disconnect an interaction appearing in My Interactions. The Modify Station Queues, Modify User Queues, or Modify Workgroup Queues Access Control rights enable you to disconnect an interaction appearing on another queue.
