Park on Orbit Button
Requirements: The "Park" Interaction Command Right determines if the Park on Orbit button can appear on a toolbar. It also controls whether the Park on Orbit command appears on a shortcut menu or is available via a keyboard shortcut. The Park Interactions Security right enables you to park in orbit a call appearing in My Interactions.

Description |
You can place any connected call in a specific orbit. This places the call on hold and removes it from your station. Depending on the hold behavior your CIC administrator configures, callers "in orbit" hear a combination of music and messages. To a caller, there is no difference between being on hold or in orbit. |
Note: The Park on Orbit button does not appear on your Queue Control toolbar by default. For more information about adding buttons to a CIC client toolbar, see Customizing Toolbars.
