User: Personal Information Field Descriptions

This topic contains the descriptions for each field in the Personal Information details view under the View Users page.

General

This information is the basic information about the user.

First Name

This is the user's first name, e.g., "Mike".

Last Name

This is the user's last name, e.g., "Johnson".

Company

This is the user's company name, e.g., "Genesys".

Home Phone

This is the user's home phone number, and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the phone number.

Business Phone

This is the user's business phone number, and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the phone number.

Home

This information is the home details about the user.

Address

This is the user's home street address, e.g., "1234 Maple Street".

City

This is the user's home city, e.g., "Indianapolis".

State

This is the user's home state, e.g., "Indiana".

Zip Code

This is the user's home zip code, e.g., "46278".

Country

This is the user's home country, e.g., "USA".

Business

This is business related information about the user.

Title

This is the user's business title, e.g., "Senior Software Engineer".

Department

This is the user's business department, e.g., "Development".

Address

This is the user's business address, e.g., "Indianapolis Headquarters".

Assistant

This is the user's business assistant, e.g., "Justin Jones".

Assistant Phone

This is the user's business assistant's phone number and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the phone number.

Other

This is various other information about the user.

Mobile

This is the user's mobile phone number and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the number.

Pager

This is the user's pager number and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the number.

Fax

This is the user's fax number and extension. If you select Automatically dial extension, the CIC client pauses, then dials the extension after the connecting to the number.

Business Email

This is the user's business email address, e.g., "andrewjohnson@ACME.com".

Alias

This is the privacy name for this user and is used for creating an alias for the user in chat windows and other displays.

Notes

Use this field to enter any comments or other information that could be beneficial in knowing about this user.
