Expression Type Wizard

The Expression Type wizard is opened from the property sheet of a call's Logical Transfer node by selecting the Create Logical Expression button.  The wizard builds an expression by asking questions based upon the data type that you select. 

You can create an expression using:

• Data previously entered by the caller

• Data about the current call

• The current time

• Data about a particular workgroup (ACD or Custom)

• Data from a database

These options are explained in subsequent topics.  When the wizard ends, the result of your expression is displayed in the Expression to Evaluate frame of the Logical Transfer node.
