View the Audit Trail

Use the Audit Trail command on the shortcut menu to display information on audit events, including: Date/Time, Audit Event, User, and Comments on the event.

Use the Search Results View to display the Audit Trail for a recording. When a search is run, a list of recorded interactions is displayed in a grid in the Search Results View in the Workspace.

To display the Audit Trail for a recording:

1. From the Search Results View, select a recorded interaction in the Recordings grid.
   
   

2. Right-click, and on the shortcut menu, click Audit Trail. The Audit Trail page is displayed in the Details pane. The Audit Trail can be refreshed using the shortcut menu on the Audit Trail page.
