SU 6

SU 6 introduced the following changes and enhancements to Latitude 12.0:

Accounts

Changed the tabs on the Account Navigator card to a drop-down list. For more information, see Account Navigator Card.
Added the Select Accounts dialog box for selecting multiple linked accounts for which to change the account status. For more information, see Change an Account Status.

Employment

Added Verified check box to the Employer tab in the Customer panel to indicate whether a user verified a person's employment information. For more information, see Maintain Employer Information.

Notes

Added ability to filter notes by user, system, or both in the Notes panel. For more information, see View Account Notes.

Open interactions

Added ability to close all open interactions in the Open Interactions panel. For more information, see Close an Open Interaction.

Payment arrangements

Added Arrangement History panel for viewing payment arrangement history. For more information, see View Arrangement History.

System codes

Added Maximum Surcharge to the Fees tab in the Client dialog box for specifying the maximum surcharge amount on payments received. For more information, see Maintain Client Fees.
