CIC
Database
- Starting with CIC 2016 R1, a Database Scripts zip file containing SQL and Oracle database scripts for each release and patch is provided as a separate download for customers who want to review the scripts prior to downloading the CIC .iso.
- Starting with CIC 2016 R2, CIC and Optimizer database space planning spreadsheets are included in the Database Scripts zip file.

A Database Schema Change Library
containing reports detailing the schema changes between your current CIC release/patch and a target CIC release/patch is available to help with upgrading database customizations.
The CIC Summary file in the Release/Patch Documents column below contains a Device/Install Hint field that indicates which installation program(s) contain the updated code for each issue.

CIC Web Applications
- CIC Web Applications 2015 R2 and later contains IPA Stand-alone Web Client, Optimizer Web Features, and Interaction Connect.

- The Migration .iso supports the latest CIC release/patch plus all previous supported CIC release/patches.
