PureConnect Printable Documentation

Due to extremely low demand for hard-copy documentation printing, and the easy access to all printable PureConnect documentation, we discontinued the documentation print-on-demand as of June 30, 2016. Everyone has access to the latest documentation that was previously offered via our print-on-demand service. In addition, everyone has access to most of the source (e.g., Microsoft Word, Visio, etc.) files if they want to customize the quick reference cards for their own use.

All of the quick reference cards and booklets in PDF form are available (in English) to download and print directly from the Quick Reference Materials page in the PureConnect Documentation Library.

The source files for these (and some other resources) are available here on the PureConnect Printable Documentation page in the PureConnect Documentation Library. If you can’t find a source document or need help with these files, send email to PureConnectDoc@Genesys.com for assistance.

In most cases, it is actually quite easy to take (or send) these PDF files to a local digital print shop where they can print color or black and white copies on the paper of your choosing. This way, you don’t have to pay for shipping costs and you can likely have same-day service with your local vendor.
